The Moose Jaw Housing Authority offers affordable living for
people with low- to moderate-incomes in
professionally-maintained apartments and townhouses in two
areas of the city. Each project has a project caretaker that
is very accessible and handles maintenance issues and manages
the landscaping requirements.

When
you initially wish to move into affordable housing, your
income can not exceed $52,000/annum per household or
$44,500/annum per individual. Verification of your income is
necessary only to confirm your eligibility to move into the
building. Your most recently completed income tax will serve
as the verifiable document.
Rent is not based on your income nor will you be required to
verify your income again at any time during your tenancy.
You may be in a situation where your income is drastically
reduced from the previous year. In that case, contact and

There are no restrictions on qualifications. (However,
depending on the availability of units, a maximum income limit
may apply. For that reason, you will need to provide a copy of
your most recent income tax when you apply.)
Except for the MIL, explained above, there are no restrictions
on qualifications. There are lease restrictions, however, that
include such things as:
Canadian Citizens or Landed Immigrants
No pets
allowed;
Tenants
cannot be under-housed. For example, 6 people cannot live
together in a two-bedroom apartment;

You will be required to make a non-refundable security deposit

The Prairie Meadows Complex is comprised of five apartment
buildings with twelve 1 and 2-bedroom apartments in each
building. There are also thirty 2- and 3-bedroom townhouses.
The Prairie Meadows Complex is situated at 1250, 11Ave. SW and
ideally situated to schools, bus stops and parks.
The Prairie Meadows Complex
offers an on-site secure
playground with modern and safe equipment and a large, scenic
courtyard. The resident caretaker maintains the grounds,
including lawn mowing in the summer and snow removal in the
winter.

All apartment buildings have security doors with an in-suite
intercom system;
Fridge and stove in-suite;
Each building has coin-operated laundry facilities;
Apartments have private balconies, (except those apartments
on the ground floor.)
Each apartment includes an electrified parking stall in the
brightly-lit parking lot

All townhouses have private entrances with direct access to
the outdoors;
Fridge and stove in-suite;
There is a hook-up for washer and dryer in the basement;
Private, fenced back-yard area with direct access from the
townhouse;
Electrified parking stall in directly in front of your
townhouse

Prince Charles Court is made up of three buildings with 8
garden apartments in each. The building addresses are 1386
Gordon Road, 1115 Prince Charles Place and 1121 Prince Charles
Place in the northwest area of the city. There are two
1-bedroom apts., ten 2-bedroom apts., and twelve 3-bedroom
apts.
Prince Charles Court is situated in proximity to a variety of
elementary schools and SIAST, convenient bus stops, many
lovely parks, and amenities.
One-bedroom apartments are 747 sq. ft. Rent $485.00 plus all
utilities
Two-bedroom apartments are 825 sq. ft. Rent $560.00 plus all
utilities
Three-bedroom apartments are 992 sq. ft. Rent $620.00 plus all
utilities
Other Features at Prince Charles Court include:
